Justice Garcia is an undergraduate intern for the Center for Justice Research majoring in political science with a minor in English at Texas Southern University. Ms. Garcia is also a member of the university’s debate team. Justice is currently examining the relationship between county-level lynching’s and contemporary criminal justice outcomes.  She is passionate about advancing the conversation around criminal justice reform in marginalized communities.
