George Floyd Act and Bills Seeking Police Reform Face Staunch Opposition From Law Enforcement

As the George Floyd Act continues to make its way through the Texas Legislature, misinformation about what the bill is and is not continues to circulate. The bill would in part ban chokeholds and require officer intervention when a partner is using excessive force. Director Howard Henderson joins Jennifer E.
